DE TONI PATISSERIE DELIVERS ORDERS ON THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

Wholesale customers: 

-Free delivery Sydney Metro, minimum order of $150 applies

Retail customers:

  1. Free Pickup form our factory in Brookvale
  2. Flat rate delivery fee for deliveries on Northern Beaches

Delivery is currently unavailable to the overseas or interstate unless agreed differently. 

 

DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

In Sydney Metro, the time between the validation of an order and its delivery varies between 24 and 72 hours (not including weekends and holidays). You can select a delivery or pickup date on any day of the week from Monday to Friday.

Delivery is free of charge for wholesale customers for orders over $150. 

We deliver areas on Northern Beaches for a $15 flat rate, other retail customers have to pickup their order form our factory in Brookvale.

De Toni Patisserie reserves the right to modify or cancel this terms at any time.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

In Sydney Metro, deliveries are made between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM (except under special circumstances when deliveries may be made until 6:00 PM)

IMPORTANT: During busy periods such as public holidays, Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, etc., our delivery service may experience delays. This may also be the case during severe weather conditions or other times when transport and traffic conditions are affected.

To track your package, please call or email office on 9939 8183 or orders@detoni.com.au to give you an update. Make sure you have on hand the order number which was sent to you by email at the time your order departed our order preparation atelier.

 

CONSERVING AND TRANSPORTING OUR PRODUCTS

Order preparation is done by a team of experts in our packing department. We pay special attention to preparing your order for shipment. Products are arranged and packed with the greatest of care. All our orders are delivered in temperature-controlled vans to ensure quality and safety of our products.

 

IMPORTANT - IF CUSTOMER IS ABSENT

In order to enable the most efficient delivery service possible for your order, it is important to provide complete information relating to the delivery address including, but not limited to: door code, building number, floor, and doorman information.

De Toni Patisserie will not be held responsible for merchandise that is not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address or due to the absence of the recipient.

Due to food safety and quality of our products we can not leave your order outside as it has to stay refrigerated.

 

TO MODIFY A DELIVERY

For any order modifications (change of billing or delivery address, delivery date, etc.), please contact our Customer Service Department by email or by telephone:

-at least two working days before the original delivery date
